The Employee Experiences Questionnaire is for organizations interested in assessing their organization's readiness for change, trust within/among leadership and peers, and trauma-informed leadership characteristics.
The Employee Experiences Questionnaire has four subscales:

The Employee Experiences Questionnaire has two primary functions:
1. Collect benchmark data within the first 90 days of a new executive leader's on-boarding period. The questionnaire is to be distributed again at the 4, 8 and 12 month marks to monitor and compare the regression or advancement of readiness, trust and trauma-informed leadership characteristics against the initial benchmark findings.
2. Collect benchmark data at the beginning of a new change effort. The questionnaire is to be distributed again at the 4, 8, and 12 month marks to monitor and compare the regression or advancement of readiness, trust and trauma-informed leadership characteristics against the initial benchmark findings.
